Bug Report for April 5, 2010
There was a bug report ticket submitted this morning involving a shopping cart error some customers were seeing when trying to reserve tickets for the first performance in a run. The problem was a small update to the shopping cart software this morning that introduced a bug that when calculating how many tickets had been currently sold for the performance the system was returning an invalid number which in turn caused the shopping cart to think the event was sold out. This problem has been resolved.
